I had been suffering from depression and anxiety disorder since 10 years. I have experienced panic disorder which resulted into severe panic attacks for me . I have had exhausted every mode of “normal” treatments - be it medications , cognitive behavioural therapy sessions … I decided to work on myself and had done some research of my own for holistic therapy and hypnotherapy for the subconscious mind .. being a skeptic , I decided to give it a try as there was nothing to lose .. I already had tried everything else and that was not working .. The first session itself was an eye opening session for me as somethings that were addressed were spot on .. And organically I found myself coming back again and again . I could now resonate with the fact that why the cognitive behavioural sessions designed for depression was not working as it only works on the conscious mind and does not deal with what happens unconsciously.. you can find answers and stop blaming yourself and actually find yourself getting better without the tag of any mental health labels .. As the name suggests 'स्व-दर्शन' is knowing one's true self. I started the theraphy in May, 2022. I had issues with low self confidence, self doubt, seeking validation but among all change is the biggest fear of mine. I had approached SwaDarshana around 3 months ago with the hope of resolving recurring nightmares, an issue that I have been experiencing since childhood.
